The Project

Digital arcade 1-player game to collect as many coins as possible whilst finishing the levels. Avoid being killed by bees. The game is made using the Makecode Arcade software. I enjoy gaming and throught it would be cool to create my own. Ive have been making mini games on scratch for a while and using the make-code software helped me to make my games portable and share with my friends.

Getting the cat to climb up the walls was difficult as the animation of the movement did not change in the same frame. Instead it would attach just the head of the cat and leave the body. To fix this I had to keep re-coding this section using the animation block on the make code platform.

If I had more time I would include better animation of the cats movements so it walks rather than jumps. I would also add music to the whole game and not just sounds at the end.
