Death Zone - A top-down shooter

The Project

Storyline: You are a lone survivor lost in a labyrinth made by the ZOMBIE KING, and you must battle many different zombies as well as the king himself, in order to escape to the safe haven, where your family is waiting for you. You have a gun with you, so send the undead back where they belong. Be careful, and whatever you do, don't lose all 6 lives. I made this project to entertain people who like top down shooter games, as well as people interested in Sci-Fi that includes a zombie apocalypse. I was kind of inspired by the maze runner, how the world is overrun by Cranks, humans infected with a deadly virus, and some kids are trying to survive and thwart an organization taking kids blood and lives to create a vaccine. I had a tough time coding the zombie king, and I also had trouble with the shooting by the player. If I had more time, I would add more levels, and make the boss battle a bit more tougher.
