Smart rain cover for two wheelers

The Project

To prevent ourselves from getting drenched in rain and to make our journey safe and troubleless we have come up with Smart Rain Cover for two wheelers. Once the rain is detected by the raindrop sensor it will send a signal to the servo motor through servo driver connected to the arduino uno and it will spread out the rain cover . Once the rain stops the raindrop sensor will again send a signal to the servo motor and the rain cover will fold up.

One of the most common problem faced by people travelling on 2 wheelers is the rain because of which the passenger and driver have no other option but to get drenched in the rain and the people who can't afford cars also frequently face this problem thus decreasing mobility.

We faced difficulties in coding part of our project and under our mentor guidance we were able to overcome this hurdle.

We would like to add rain water harvesting system as it can easily store the rain water if added some container.
